Muhammad Ali (born Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jr.; January 17, 1942); is considered the greatest boxer of all-time. The Associated Press voted Ali No. 1 heavyweight boxer of the 20th century in 1999.
He not only fought in the boxing ring, Ali fought for religious rights, civil rights, and his principles all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Winning a unanimous decision that affirmed his religious choice of not joining the U.S. Army or fighting in the Vietnam War.
